摘要
文章以中国渤海某平台全封闭式隔水套管支撑结构分析为例,通过开展水动力载荷分析、结构强度分析、结构疲劳分析,对分析要点予以归纳阐述。在结构疲劳分析方面,通过圆管支撑结构与全封闭式板支撑结构模拟分析对比得出,采用全封闭式隔水套管支撑结构设计,其疲劳寿命远低于采用圆管支撑的支撑结构设计。结合中国及国际上采用全封闭式隔水套管支撑结构出现的问题,为现有全封闭式支撑结构的检验和维护提供建设性意见,以降低安全风险。
This paper taking the analysis of fully enclosed riser casing support structure of a platform in Bohai Sea, China as an example, and summarizes the main points of analysis by carrying out hydrodynamic load analysis, structural strength analysis and structural fatigue analysis. In the aspect of structural fatigue analysis, through the simulation and comparison of the round pipe supporting structure and the full-enclosed plate supporting structure, the full-enclosed riser casing supporting structure design is adopted, its fatigue life is much lower than that of the support structure design with circular tube support. In order to reduce the safety risk,some constructive suggestions are provided for the inspection and maintenance of the existing fully-enclosed support structure.
