粗苯中氯离子含量高的原因研究

随着焦化副产品产业链的延伸,深加工技术的不断发展、改进,对焦化副产品的质量要求越来越高,尤其近几年粗苯深加工中的粗苯精制行业,由于含氯不仅会加速设备腐蚀,同时还会影响催化剂的使用寿命,故对粗苯中含氯要求越来越高。行业标准明确规定氯≤15 mg/L,一般控制在氯≤10 mg/L。在粗苯精制的过程中,由于粗苯含氯的不稳定,对粗苯要求严格的厂家会因为粗苯含氯高,出现拒收的情况。鉴于粗苯中含氯量过高,对粗苯生产厂家的经济效益会产生一定的不利影响,文章对粗苯氯离子含量高的具体原因开展研究分析,并提出针对性的解决方案。
