Research on the Construction of Employability Training Education System for College Students

在国家"双循环"新发展格局下,高校应准确把握人才培养的新要求,建立与新发展格局相适应的人才培养体系。基于大学生可雇佣能力培养的视角,针对我国高校人才培养的现状及新的经济发展形势,构建高校大学生可雇佣能力培养教育体系,包含实施系统、协调系统、运作控制系统、决策系统和政策系统5个子系统,进一步分析各构成子系统的功能、内在联系和运行机制,最后给出构建高校大学生可雇佣能力培养教育体系的详细建议,希望对提升高校人才培养能力和大学生就业质量提供参考。

Under the new development pattern of "Double Circulation", colleges and universities should accurately grasp the new requirements of talent training and establish a talent training system suitable for the new development pattern. Based on the perspective of cultivating employability of college students, and in view of the current situation of talent training in Colleges and universities and the new economic development forms in China, an employability training education system for college students is constructed, which includes five subsystems: implementation system,coordination system, operation control system, decision system and policy system. Furthermore, the functions, internal relations and operating mechanisms of each subsystem are further analyzed. Finally, detailed suggestions on the construction of the employability training education system for college students are given, hoping to provide some reference for improving the talent training ability and the employment quality of college students.
