高校旅游管理专业学生创新创业思维培养路径研究

Research on the Cultivation Path of College Students’ Innovative and Entrepreneurial Thinking——Take Tourism Management Students as an Example

创新创业思维作为创新创业能力的重要前提,是创新创业活动的关键。高校是创新创业人才培养的重要基地,鉴于我国大学生创新创业思维培养过程中存在的诸多问题,文章从教学理念、课程体系、教学模式、考核方式、校园文化等多个方面基于旅游管理专业提出大学生创新创业思维培养路径,将大学生创新创业思维能力的培养融入高校人才培养全过程中,以期为大学生创新创业思维的培养和创新创业能力的提升提供参考借鉴。

Innovation and entrepreneurship thinking is the premise of innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the key to carry out activities. Colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial talents. In view of the many problems in the process of cultivating innovative and entrepreneurial thinking of college students in China, this paper puts forward the cultivation path of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking based on tourism management major from the aspects of teaching concepts, curriculum systems, teaching models, assessment methods, campus culture, etc., and integrates the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial thinking ability of college students with the whole process of teaching, in order to provide reference for cultivating college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial thinking and ability.
