Promoting Self-strengthening of Philosophy and Social Sciences in Higher Institutions through Organized Research

高校是我国哲学社会科学“五路大军”中的基本力量和基础支撑,有组织科研对于高校哲学社会科学建制化服务党和国家重大战略需求、成体系推动哲学社会科学繁荣发展具有重要意义,是战略支撑全面建设社会主义现代化国家的实践创新,是高校哲学社会科学知识生产模式自我迭代的理论自觉,是党领导高校哲学社会科学百年发展的历史探索。科学把握高校哲学社会科学有组织科研的目标体系,应从宏观、中观和微观的三重维度进行系统思考,宏观层面以建构中国自主的知识体系为目标,中观层面以形成中国特色的研究范式为目标,微观层面以解决中国发展的必然性问题为目标。新时代新征程上,高校应以有效增强哲学社会科学研究的有组织性为目标,聚焦国家战略需求、优化组织管理模式、强化战略力量储备、构建综合保障体系,扎实有效地推进有组织科研,为实现哲学社会科学自立自强、构建中国自主知识体系、建设社会主义文化强国贡献高校的力量。

To scientifically grasp the goal system of organized scientific research of philosophy and social sciences in higher institutions, we should think systematically from the three dimensions of macro, meso and micro. At the macro level, the goal is to construct China’s independent knowledge system, at the meso level, to form a research paradigm with Chinese characteristics, and at the micro level, to solve the inevitability of China’s development. On the new journey of the new era, higher institutions should take effectively enhancing the organization of philosophy and social science research as the goal, focus on the national strategic needs, optimize the organization and management mode, strengthen the reserve of strategic forces, build a comprehensive support system, and effectively promote organized research.
