王阳明"知行合一"思想对幼儿教师师德建设的启示

摘要 王阳明的"知行合一"思想蕴含着深厚的中国文化和中国智慧,主张通过统合道德意识和道德践履的方式将知行观的认识提升到一个新的高度,指导人们的认知和实践.王阳明的"知行合一"思想对当代幼儿教师提升师德修养和自我管理能力有着深刻的启示意义.在当代社会中,幼儿教师只有真正做到"知行合一",才能在教育教学中实现真善美的价值内化. Wang Yangming’s thought of“unity of knowledge and action”contains profound Chinese culture and Chinese wisdom.He advocates raising the understanding of the concept of knowledge and action to a new level by integrating moral awareness and moral practice,to guide people’s cognition and practice.Wang Yangming’s thought of“unity of knowledge and action”has profound enlightenment to the improvement of contemporary pre⁃school teachers’moral cultivation and self-management ability.In contemporary society,only by truly realizing unity of knowledge and action can preschool teachers realize the internalization of the value of truth,goodness and beauty in education and teaching.
