加速康复外科理念联合循证护理在儿童围术期饮食中的应用效果分析

Application Effect of Enhanced Recovery Surgery Concept Combined with Evidence-based Nursing in Children’s Perioperative Diet

目的观察应用加速康复外科理念(fast track surgery,FTS)联合循证护理对围术期患儿进行饮食管理的效果。方法方便选取2019年7月—2020年9月泉州市儿童医院围术期患儿81例为研究对象,以护理模式分为A组(40例)和B组(41例)。A组患儿接受FTS+循证护理,B组患儿接受常规护理。比较两组患儿术后进食时间、术后初次排气时间、低血糖、护理反馈情况。结果A组术后进食时间(2.91±1.37)h,术后初次排气时间(27.49±3.61)h均短于B组,差异有统计学意义(t=14.121、5.937,P<0.001);A组低血糖发生率(2.50%)低于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=20.928,P<0.05);A组护理优良率为92.50%优于B组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=12.560,P<0.001)。结论在患儿围术期护理中通过加速康复外科循证护理开展饮食管理,可预防低血糖的发生,加速术后康复,改善护理反馈,对强化护患和谐关系、促进家长配合临床干预有积极意义。通过临床实践观察,可知加速康复外科循证护理的应用效果较好。

Objective To observe the effect of the concept of enhanced recovery after surgery(FTS)combined with evidence-based nursing on dietary management in perioperative children.Methods A total of 81 children with perioperative period Admitted to Quan Zhou Children′s Hospital from July 2019 to September 2020 were conveniently selected.According to the nursing mode,there were divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(41 cases).The children in group A received FTS+evidence-based nursing,and the children in group B received routine nursing.The postoperative feeding time,the time of initial exhaust after operation,hypoglycemia,and nursing feedback were compared,and the actual nursing effect was analyzed.Results The postoperative eating time(2.91±1.37)h,the time of initial exhaust after operation(27.49±3.61)h of group A were higher than those of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.121,5.937,P<0.001).The incidence of hypoglycemia(2.50%)in the group A was lower than group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=20.928,P<0.05).The excellent nursing rate of group A was 92.50%,which was better than that of group B,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=12.560,P<0.001).Conclusion In the perioperative nursing of children,dietary management through enhanced recovery surgery evidence-based nursing can prevent hypoglycemia,accelerate postoperative recovery,and improve nursing feedback.Through clinical practice observation,it can be seen that the application effect of enhanced recovery surgery evidence-based nursing is better.
