Objective: To explore the effect of "Internet+" continuous care intervention based on IMB model on reducing the degree of cancer-related fatigue in patients with laryngeal cancer after surgery. Method: A total of 60 patients with laryngeal cancer diagnosed by pathology in Peking University Shenzhen Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were selected, they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to random number table, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received routine discharge visits, and the experimental group was received the "Internet+" continuous care intervention based on IMB model. The quality of life scores and the degree of cancer-related fatigue before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups. Result: After intervention, quality of life scores of all dimensions and total score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group, Piper fatigue scale(PFS) scores of all dimensions and total scores and degree of cancer-induced fatigue in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The "Internet+" continuous care intervention based on IMB model can significantly reduce the degree of cancer related fatigue in patients with laryngeal cancer, improve the physical and social functions of patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
