进展期及复发难治性结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤的治疗进展

Therapeutic Progress of Progression and Relapsed Refractory Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma

结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(ENKTL)是一种进展迅速、恶性程度高、预后差的结外淋巴瘤类型,临床上治疗ENKTL的方法有很多,但目前为止尚无标准的治疗方案。近年来,早期ENKTL的治疗已有一定的研究进展,但进展期及复发难治性ENKTL的治疗仍是临床治疗需要面临的较大难题。现结合近年来的文献,对进展期及复发难治性ENKTL的治疗进行总结。

Extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma(ENKTL) is a type of extranodal lymphoma with rapid progress,high malignancy and poor prognosis. There are many clinical treatments for ENKTL, but there is no standard treatment scheme so far. In recent years, there has been some progress in the treatment of early ENKTL, but the treatment of progression and relapsed refractory ENKTL is still a big problem in clinical treatment. Based on the literature in recent years, this paper summarizes the treatment of progression and relapsed refractory ENKTL.
