老有所养基本公共服务标准体系构建研究——以吴江区老有所养基本公共服务标准化国家试点实践为例

Research on the Construction of Standards System on Basic Public Services for the Elderly——Taking the National Standardization Pilot Practice of Basic Public Services in Wujiang District as an Example

本文在研究分析“老有所养基本公共服务”规划与建设现状的基础上,提出“老有所养基本公共服务”构建技术路线,建立标准体系框架,梳理并形成标准体系结构图,并以苏州市吴江区为例,指出区域实践“老有所养”基本公共服务标准体系研究和制修订的重点、发力方向及实施建议等。

On the basis of studying and analyzing the planning and construction status of "basic public services for the elderly", this paper puts forward the technical route of "basic public services for the elderly", establishes the standards system framework, sorts out and forms the structure chart of the standards system. Taking Wujiang district of Suzhou city as an example, this paper points out the suggestions on the focus, direction and implementation of the research and revision of the standards system on "basic public services for the elderly".
