我国电动汽车充电桩标准分析及展望

Analysis and Prospect of Standards for Electric Vehicle Charging Pile in China

在“双碳”背景之下,新能源汽车行业迅猛发展,但其配套的充电桩在建设及运营过程中产生了一系列问题,阻碍了新能源汽车的发展。我国已经制定了一系列充电桩标准,但标准体系尚不完备。因此,本文对我国充电桩存在的问题进行分析,并从标准的角度给出了解决方案。具体而言,首先列举了充电桩现有的国家标准、行业标准,然后从产品技术缺陷、安装建设、维护管理、用户使用四个维度分析了我国充电桩存在的问题,最后,为克服产品技术缺陷、解决公共和私人充电桩在建设和运营中存在的问题,从标准化的角度提出了改进的措施。

Under the background of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", the new energy vehicle industry has developed rapidly, but a series of problems have arisen in the construction and operation process of its supporting charging pile, which hinders the development of new energy vehicles. China has made a series of standards for charging piles, but the standards system is not complete. Therefore, this paper analyzes the problems of charging pile in China, and gives the solution from the point of view of standard. It enumerates existing national standards and industry standards on charging piles, analyzes the problem of charging piles in four dimensions in China, which include technical shortcomings,installation, maintenance and usage. Finally, in order to overcome defects in product technology and solve existing problems in the construction and operation of public and private charging piles, it puts forward the improvement measures from the perspective of standardization.
