数字农业农村大数据平台建设架构与功能研究

数据已成为国家基础性战略资源,是重要的生产要素和生产力,农业农村是大数据产生和应用的重要领域之一,是数字中国建设的重要组成部分。本文为实现农业农村大数据建设,从农业农村业务以及农业信息技术学科出发,提出了数字农业农村大数据平台标准化建设的思路,阐述了平台建设目标、系统架构和建设功能,并针对农业农村大数据平台建设的复杂性和系统性提出了发展建议。

Data has become a national basic strategic resource, and an important production factor and productivity.Agriculture and rural areas are one of the important fi elds of big data generation and application, and an important part of the construction of digital China. In order to realize the construction of agricultural and rural big data, this paper puts forward the standardization construction idea of digital agricultural and rural big data platform from the perspective of agricultural and rural business and agricultural information technology, expounds the construction objectives, system architecture and construction functions of the platform, and puts forward development suggestions for the complexity and systematization of agricultural and rural big data platform construction.
