浅谈检验检测服务输出创新过程与标准化实施——以浙江省太阳能产品质量检验中心为例

Probe into the Standardization of Testing Service Output Innovation Process——Taking Zhejiang Solar Energy Product Quality Inspection Center as an Example

技术机构在推动相关产业发展和产业科技进步过程中起到了至关重要的作用。本文结合当前技术机构服务输出创新的基本现状,以浙江省太阳能产品质量检验中心为例,探讨技术机构的服务产品不断满足市场需求创新过程中的标准化实施,分析了服务创新与标准化的关系,提出了依托创新体系标准化进一步丰富技术机构服务内容,不断创新检验检测服务输出,实现检验输出的数字化、动态化,拓宽技术机构在信息时代服务能力的发展思路。

Technical institutions play a vital role in promoting the development of relevant industries and the progress of industrial science and technology. This paper combines the current basic situation of service output innovation of technical institutions, takes Zhejiang Solar Energy Product Quality Inspection Center as an example, discusses the standardization implementation in the innovation process of technical institutions’ service products continuously meeting market demand,analyzes the relationship between service innovation and standardization, and proposes the development ideas including further enriching the service content of technical institutions by relying on the standardization of innovation system,constantly innovating the inspection and testing service output, realizing the digitalization and dynamics of inspection output, and broadening the service ability of technical institutions in the information age.
