摘要
本文建立了高效液相色谱-质谱(HPLC-MS)联用检测汽车内饰件中挥发性有机物16种醛酮类化合物的分析方法。在0~200 ng/mL质量浓度范围内,该方法呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.996,检出限为0.0018~0.0081 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为78.5%~96.3%,相对标准偏差(RSDs,n=20)为1.56%~2.89%。该方法准确可靠,适用于汽车内饰件中醛酮类化合物的测定。
This paper establishes high performance liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS) method for the determination of 16 aldehydes and ketones of volatile organic compounds in automotive interiors. In the range of 0-200ng/mL, the correlation coeffi cients are all greater than 0.996. The limits of detection are 0.0018-0.0081 ng/mL. The recoveries of spiked samples are 78.5%~96.3%, the relative standard deviations(RSDs, n=20) are 1.56%~2.89%. The method is accurate and reliable, which is suitable for the determination of aldehydes and ketones in automotive interior parts.
