摘要
本文依托河南省计量科学研究院振动室设计的低频振动标准装置,通过长期的操作实践和分析,对低频振动加速度传感器的校准原理和校准装置进行了介绍和分析,并结合经验对不确定度来源进行分析,根据不确定度评定方法对低频振动校准装置进行了不确定度评定,从而提高低频振动加速度计在计量检定的过程中的准确度,对开展相关计量机构具有一定的参考意义。
Based on the low-frequency vibration standard device established in the vibration chamber of Henan Institute of Metrology, this paper introduces and analyzes the calibration principle and calibration device of the low-frequency vibration acceleration sensor through long-term operation practice and analysis. Combined with the experience, it analyzes the uncertainty source, and evaluates the uncertainty of the low-frequency vibration calibration device according to the uncertainty evaluation method, so as to improve the accuracy of the low-frequency vibration accelerometer in the process of metrology verifi cation, which has certain reference signifi cance for the measurement institutions to carry out related work.
