摘要
小学数学是一门逻辑性较强的课程,标准化教学中不可避免会遇到一定比例的学困生,且随着年级不断增长,学困生的数量也会不断增加。因而及时地转化学困生,有效地培养学困生的综合学习技巧是每个小学数学教师应思考和研究的问题,也是影响教学质量的关键性因素。对此,老师要牢固地树立正确的课堂教学观与良好的学生观,善于从每个学困生的角度来考虑问题,尊重并爱护每位学困生,用各种多元化的方式去充分调动每个学困生自主参与学习的积极性,让其能够感受到成功的欢乐与喜悦,逐渐提高每个学困生自主参与学习的能力。
Primary school mathematics is a logical course, and its standardized teaching will inevitably encounter a certain proportion of students with learning difficulties. With the continuous growth of grade, the number of students with learning difficulties will continue to increase. Therefore, the timely transformation of students with learning difficulties and effective cultivation of their comprehensive learning skill is a problem that every primary school mathematics teacher should think and study, and it is also the key factor affecting the quality of teaching. Therefore, the teacher should firmly set up correct concept of classroom teaching and good students, be good at considering a problem from the practical angle of students with learning difficulties, respect and care for them, fully arouse their enthusiasm of independent participation in learning with a variety of ways, let them feel the joy of success, and gradually strengthen and improve their learning ability.
