摘要
本文拟对中小学生非学科类课外兴趣辅导班的管理构建一套科学合理的评价体系,首先通过查阅相关文献分析课外兴趣辅导班的市场现状及标准化现状;其次,以某市课外兴趣辅导机构学生及家长的满意度调查为基础,以问卷调查的方式获取数据信息,进行定性和定量分析,利用现有管理规范及主成分分析法(PCA)研究影响课外兴趣辅导机构质量的各因素,确定科学合理的评价指标,采用层次分析法对专家评分结果进行计算,进而得到完整具体的中小学生非学科类课外辅导班的评价方法(AHP),为探索此类机构的标准化管理方案提供借鉴。
This paper intends to build a scientifi c and reasonable evaluation system for the management of non-subject extracurricular interest classes for primary and secondary school students. It firstly analyzes the market status and standardization status of extracurricular interest classes by consulting relevant literature. Based on the satisfaction surveys of students and their parents in an extracurricular interest counselling organization, it gets the data information in the form of questionnaire survey, makes qualitative and quantitative analysis, and uses the existing management specifi cation and principal component analysis(PCA) to study the factors affecting the quality of extracurricular interest counselling organization and determine the scientifi c and reasonable evaluation index. It uses the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate the expert score results, and obtains a complete and specifi c evaluation method of non-subject extracurricular remedial classes for primary and secondary school students, which provides reference significance for exploring the standardized management scheme of such institutions.
