临床检验县级标准医联体建立的必要性

临床检验县级标准医联体的建立,可以将上级医院与下级医院的医疗资源及服务充分结合起来,为患者提供更好的医疗条件,使“小病在基层,大病到医院”的就医格局得到充分实现,使医疗资源的分布更加均匀,缓解大医院的就诊压力。在该医疗体系下,临床检验的流程会更加规范,检验质量更有保证,对于临床检验医学的进一步发展有重要意义。本文从乡镇医院实验室现状、乡镇卫生院实验室检验质量状况、区级检验标准医联体建设三个方面来对临床检验县级标准医联体建立的必要性进行分析。

The establishment of a standard medical alliance for clinical testing at the county level can enrich the superior hospital and lower hospital medical resources and services, provide patients with better medical conditions, make the “treatment of minor illness at the grassroots level agency and serious illness at hospital” pattern be fully realized, make the distribution of medical resources more uniform, relieve the pressure of big hospitals. Under this medical system, the clinical testing process will be more standardized, and the testing quality will be more guaranteed, which is of great signifi cance for the further development of clinical laboratory medicine. This paper analyzes the necessity of establishing county-level standard medical alliance for clinical testing in three aspects: the current situation of township hospital laboratory, the laboratory testing quality of township hospital, and the construction of district level standard medical alliance for clinical testing.
