骨伤合剂续贯补骨续断胶囊标准化治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床研究

Clinical Study of Bone Injury Mixture Combined with Buguxuduan Capsules in the Standardized Treatment of Elderly Distal Radius Fractures

目的:观察骨伤合剂续贯补骨续断胶囊治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选择老年桡骨远端骨折患者72例,随机分为观察组、对照组,观察组予以手法复位外固定,观察组在对照组基础上加用骨伤合剂续贯补骨续断胶囊治疗。结果:观察组愈合时间明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后4个月,观察组在掌倾角、桡骨高度、尺偏角比较均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:骨伤合剂续贯补骨续断胶囊对治疗老年桡骨远端骨折有较好疗效,能缩短骨折愈合时间,改善腕关节功能,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of bone injury mixture combined with buguxuduan capsules in the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures. Methods: A total of 72 elderly patients with distal radius fractures were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with manual reduction and external fi xation, and the observation group was treated with bone injury mixture combined with buguxuduan capsules on the basis of the control group. Results: The healing time of the observation group was signifi cantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05). Four months after treatment, the palm inclination angle, radial height and ulnar declination of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion: Bone injury mixture combined with buguxuduan capsules has a good effect on elderly distal radius fractures, which can shorten the fracture healing time,improve wrist joint function, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
