肺癌住院跌倒患者标准化护理对策

Standardized Nursing Strategies for Fall Events of Lung Cancer Inpatients

目的:对肺癌住院患者跌倒事件分析,制定标准化护理对策,提高标准化护理质量,保证患者安全,减少跌倒发生情况。方法:本研究对北京肿瘤医院胸部肿瘤内一科2019年1月-2022年7月17例住院肺癌患者跌倒情况进行回顾性分析。结果:通过对7例住院患者跌倒情况进行数据收集与分析,针对跌倒相关因素,使用跌倒风险评估量表、制定健康教育、加强用药护理、消除病房安全隐患的标准化护理对策,减少跌倒发生情况,保证患者安全。结论:通过对肺癌患者住院期间跌倒情况的原因分析,制定护理对策,减少跌倒情况的发生,保证患者安全,提高护理质量。

Objective: To analyze the fall events of lung cancer inpatients, develop standardized nursing countermeasures,improve the quality of standardized nursing, ensure the safety of patients, and reduce the incidence of fall. Methods: 17inpatients with lung cancer in our department from January 2019 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. Results: The data collection and analysis of the fall of 17 inpatients were made, and according to the fall related factors, the standardized nursing countermeasures, such as fall risk assessment scale, developing health education, strengthening medication nursing,and eliminating ward safety hazards, were used to reduce the incidence of fall, and ensure the safety of patients. Conclusion:Through the analysis of the causes of fall of lung cancer patients during hospitalization, nursing countermeasures can be developed to reduce the occurrence of fall, ensure the safety of patients, and improve the quality of nursing.
