标准化营养护理干预对重症心衰患者免疫功能及恢复情况的影响分析

Analysis on the Infl uence of Standardized Nutritional Nursing Intervention on Immune Function and Recovery of Patients with Severe Heart Failure

目的:研究标准化营养护理干预在重症心衰患者中的应用价值,对患者免疫功能与恢复情况进行评估。方法:使用对照分析法开展本次研究,样本资料为蚌埠医学院第一附属医院2020年6月—2021年5月期间收治的64例重症心衰患者,根据患者入院顺序将患者随机分为两组,对照组32例使用常规护理措施,观察组32例则采取标准化营养护理干预,比较两组患者免疫功能与疾病恢复情况。结果:观察组患者BNP低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白蛋白、血红蛋白指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:在重症心衰患者护理中,使用标准化营养干预护理方式产生的价值显著,能够改善免疫功能、降低不良反应,并提高护理满意度。

Objective: To study the application value of standardized nutritional nursing intervention in patients with severe heart failure, and to evaluate the immune function and recovery of patients. Methods: Control analysis was used to carry out this study. 64 patients with severe heart failure admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission. The immune function and disease recovery between the two groups were compared. Results: The BNP, albumin and hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, which was signifi cant(P<0.05). The number of adverse reactions of infection, constipation and gastric dysfunction in observation group was less than that in control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the nursing of patients with severe heart failure, the use of standardized nutritional intervention nursing has a signifi cant value,which can improve immune function, reduce adverse reactions, and improve nursing satisfaction.
