生长因子联合引导性再生技术在口腔种植标准化治疗中的应用研究

Application of Growth Factor Combined Guided Regeneration in Standardized Treatment of Oral Implants

目的:研究生长因子联合引导性再生技术在口腔种植标准化治疗中的应用效果。方法:选择2019年8月—2021年8月在甘肃宝石花医院接受种植治疗的100例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组患者采取生长因子联合引导性再生技术进行治疗,对照组患者使用Bio-Oss骨粉治疗。比较两组患者边缘骨吸收量、唇侧骨厚度、骨缺损再生情况,并评估患者固定功能、咀嚼功能、语言功能和舒适功能情况。结果:观察组患者的边缘骨吸收量明显低于对照组,且唇侧骨厚度明显高于对照组。观察组患者的骨缺损再生情况明显优于对照组。观察组患者咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言功能和舒适功能恢复情况明显优于对照组。结论:采取生长因子联合引导性再生技术可以促进患者骨缺损的恢复,并有助于患者咀嚼功能和固定功能的恢复,且舒适度较高。

Objective: To study the effect of growth factor combined guided regeneration in standardized treatment of oral implants. Methods: 100 patients who received implantation treatment in Gansu Gem Flower Hospital from August 2019to August 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The patients in the observation group were treated with growth factors combined with guided regeneration technology, and the patients in the control group were treated with Bio-Oss bone meal. The marginal bone resorption, labial bone thickness, and bone defect regeneration between the two groups were compared, and the patients’ fixation function, masticatory function, language function and comfort function were evaluated. Results: Marginal bone resorption in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and labial bone thickness in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The regeneration of bone defects in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group. The chewing function, fixation function, language function and comfort function recovery in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion: Combining growth factor with guided regeneration can promote the recovery of bone defect and restore masticatory function and fixation function with high comfort.
