基于整体护理目标的内科护理教学规范化改革

Standardized Reform of Medical Nursing Teaching Based on the Overall Nursing Goal

整体护理是现代护理行业的基本目标,指导着内科护理工作的方向,致使内科护理教学的规范化要求十分严苛。但内科护理教学目前存在诸多不足,极大地影响着教学工作的整体质量和护理人员的工作效率,因而需对其进行规范化改革。本文通过分析内科护理教学现状,分别从理论和实践两方面提出内科护理教学的改革策略,以期实现整体护理目标,为患者提供更加优质化的服务。

Holistic nursing is the basic goal of the modern nursing industry, which guides the direction of internal medicine nursing work, resulting in very strict standardization requirements for internal medicine nursing teaching. However, there are many defi ciencies in internal medicine nursing teaching, which greatly affect the overall quality of teaching work and the work effi ciency of nursing staff, so it is necessary to be standardized and reformed. By analyzing the current situation of medical nursing teaching, this paper puts forward the reform strategy of medical nursing teaching in the aspects of theory and practice, in order to achieve the overall nursing goal and provide more quality services for patients.
