摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法在呼吸内科规范化护理教学中的应用效果。方法:选取徐州医科大学第二附属医院于2021年1月至2022年1月间接收的110名护理实习生为研究对象,采用随机抽签的方式予以分组,分为实验组和对照组,每组各55名,对照组采用常规教学法,实验组采用PBL教学法。结果:在不规范事件发生率方面,实验组总发生率7.27%,对照组总发生率45.45%;实验组在理论知识成绩、实践技能分数方面均高于对照组,组间差距有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在呼吸内科护理规范化教学中,采用PBL教学法,效果显著,能降低实习生不规范事件的发生率,提高实习生的学习效率和学习质量,值得临床推广和使用。 Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in standardized nursing teaching of respiratory medicine. Methods: A total of 110 nursing interns received by the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into experimental group and control group by random drawing, with 55 students in each group. The control group adopted conventional teaching method,and the experimental group adopted PBL teaching method. Results: In the incidence of irregular events, the total incidence of the experimental group was 7.27%, the total incidence of the control group was 45.45%;The experimental group had higher scores in theoretical knowledge and practical skills than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: In the standardized teaching of respiratory nursing, PBL teaching method has a significant effect,which can reduce the incidence of irregular events of interns, improve the learning efficiency and quality of interns, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
