亚稀褶红菇的中毒机制及治疗现状的研究进展

Research progress on toxic mechanism and treatment of Russula subnigricans

蘑菇中毒一直是我国甚至全世界关注的健康问题,因无特效解毒剂,病死率高,社会危害大,每年有大量关于蘑菇中毒的报道,但对于导致横纹肌溶解的亚稀褶红菇报道较少。本文在阅读国内外关于亚稀褶红菇相关文献的基础上,对亚稀褶红菇的中毒机制及治疗现状做出归纳总结,以期为今后亚稀褶红菇的进一步研究提供帮助。

Mushroom poisoning has always been a concern in our country and even the world.Due to the lack of effective antidote,fatality rate is high and social harm is great,there are a large number of reported cases about mushroom poisoning every year.However,there are a few reports on Russula subnigricans leading to rhabdomyolysis.On the basis of reading the domestic and foreign literatures on Russula subnigricans,this paper summarizes the poisoning mechanism and treatment status of Russula subnigricans,in order to provide help for further study of Russula subnigricans.
