中俄有机农业标准化人才培养合作情况分析

Analysis of the Training of Specialists in Standardization in the Field of Organic Agriculture Between China and the Russian Federation

国际有机农业运动联盟认为,有机农业比传统农业更具环境、经济和社会优势,是解决传统农业带来的环境问题,促进农业领域可持续发展的必然选择。有机农业标准是有机农业规范化发展的重要推力,而有机农业标准的制定依赖于有机农业标准化人才的培养。本文指出中俄两国都高度重视有机农业标准化人才培养工作,两国在培养规模和培养方式上各有优势,互为补充。为此,加强中俄有机农业标准化人才培养合作,有利于促进双方在该领域的交流互鉴,推动两国有机农业规范化发展。

IFOAM(International Federation of Organic Farm Movements) suggested that organic agriculture has economic, environmental and social advantages over traditional agriculture, which is an inevitable choice for solving the acute environmental problems, and also introduced by traditional agriculture for sustainable development in the agricultural sector. The training of specialists in standardization in the organic agriculture field is the foundation for the development of standards for organic agriculture, and standards in this field is an important driving force for the standardization development of organic agriculture. Thus, the training of specialists in standardization in the field of organic agriculture is very important. China and the Russian Federation attach great importance to this, and have their own characteristics. Strengthening the cooperation in this fi elds between the two countries can contribute to the exchange of experience between the two countries and the innovative development of organic agriculture in both countries.
