涉外法治人才培养战略理念的革新

The Innovation of the Strategic Concept of Cultivating Legal Talents with International Horizon

我国已有多年开展涉外法治人才培养工作的经验,但在传统培养理念的指导下,呈现一定程度上的专业粗放化、复合形式化和应用被动化特征,已难以满足新时代下国家与社会的需求。在理念指导实践的时序关系下,须先进行人才培养战略理念的革新,逐步树立专业精细型、实质复合型和主动应用型的人才培养理念。并通过分类培养、分层次培养、跨学科课程有机复合以及构建人才培养共同体等路径贯彻新理念。

China boasts of decades’experience in cultivating rule⁃of⁃law talents for foreign⁃related affairs,but a certain degree of disadvantages,such as,extensive professionalism,complex formalization and passive application has emerged under the guidance of traditional cultivation concepts,which have been difficult to meet the needs of the country and society in the new era.According to the temporary sequence relations that theories guide practice,it is necessary to innovate the strategic concept of talents cultivation first,in which the group of categories on talents cultivation of profession refinement,pragmatic compound and active application should be gradually established.Those new concepts should be implemented though categorical cultivation,hierarchical cultivation,proactive combination of interdisciplinary courses and the establishment of the community of talent cultivation.
