中国涉外金融法律队伍的现状与培养路径

On the Status Quo and Path of the Cultivation of the Foreign⁃related Legal Talents of Financial Law in China

在强调构建国内国际双循环的新发展格局以及涉外法治的背景下,涉外金融法治的推进是金融行业得以迅速发展的关键。如何建设金融法律域外适用专业化、高水平研究与实践队伍,提高我国金融法治的制度能力,应予以重视和加强。中国涉外金融法律人才的培养,出现了人才短缺、涉外性不足、精准适用金融法律能力较低等问题,通过与域外金融法治发展良好的国家与地区的比较分析,为我国涉外金融法律队伍的培养路径提出建议。

Under the background of emphasizing the establishment of a new domestic and international dual⁃cycle development pattern and the rule of law concerning foreign affairs,it is the key of the advancement of the rule of law concerning foreign⁃related finance to the rapid development of the finance industry.It is also an issue how to build a professional,high⁃level research and practice team for the application of financial law abroad,and improve the institutional capacity of China􀆳s rule of law on finance,which should be emphasized and strengthened.The cultivation of China􀆳s foreign⁃related legal talents of finance law has encountered problems such as,the shortage of talents,insufficiency in foreign⁃related activities,and inferior ability to accurately apply financial laws.The authors of this paper intend to propose that through comparative analysis with countries and regions with well⁃developed rule of law of foreign finance,the path of the cultivation of foreign⁃related legal talents of financial law in China are to be explored and discussed.
