胶合板用铝-磷-硼三系无机阻燃剂复合MUF胶黏剂的增强改性研究

摘要 以氢氧化铝、聚磷酸铵、硼酸锌为原料优选铝-磷-硼三系无机阻燃剂(Al-P-B)加入三聚氰胺改性脲醛树脂胶黏剂(MUF)中,并采用血粉(BP)进行增强改性,探讨其制备阻燃胶合板的可行性。研究结果表明,当MUF、Al-P-B、BP、小麦粉、氯化铵溶液(NH_(4)Cl)的质量份数比为100∶30∶2∶30∶0.5、单面涂胶量为250 g/m^(2)时,制得的阻燃胶合板的Ⅲ类胶合强度达1.31 MPa,燃烧性能等级达到GB/T 18101—2013《难燃胶合板》规定的B_(1)(C)级,甲醛释放量(干燥器法)为0.25 mg/L,符合Q/YFL 0030—2021《木质板材及其制品中甲醛释放限量》E_(0)级的要求。 The optimized constitution of Aluminum-Phosphorus-Boron inorganic flame retardant(Al-P-B)prepared with aluminum hydroxide,ammonium polyphosphate and zinc borate was selected.The feasibility of the melamine modified urea formaldehyde resin(MUF)composited with the selected Al-P-B inorganic flame retardant and blood powder(BP)to produce flame retardant plywood was discussed.The results showed that when the mass fraction ratio of MUF,Al-P-B,BP,wheat flour and ammonium chloride solution(NH_(4)Cl)was 100:30:2:30:0.5 and the spreading on one side was 250 g/m^(2),the typeⅢbonding strength of the flame retardant plywood was 1.31 MPa,the combustion performance grade reached B_(1)(C)grade in GB/T 18101—2013 Difficult-flammble plywood.The formaldehyde emission by the desiccator method was 0.25 mg/L and met the E_(0)level requirement of Q/YFL 0030—2021 Formaldehyde emission limit of wood board and its products.
