基于信息不对称的行为改变轮策略在胸腰椎骨折患者术后康复中的应用

Effect of behavior change wheel strategy based on information asymmetry in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture

目的探讨基于信息不对称的行为改变轮策略在胸腰椎骨折患者术后康复中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法选择2020年6月—2021年5月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的164例脊柱外科胸腰椎骨折手术患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各82例。术后对照组接受常规术后护理管理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施基于护患信息不对称的行为改变轮干预策略。干预3个月后,比较两组患者的恐动症情况和腰背功能恢复效果的差异。结果干预后,观察组第1、2、3个月末的恐动症和腰背功能恢复评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于护患信息不对称的行为改变轮策略可以有效缓解胸腰椎骨折手术患者的术后恐动症,提高术后腰背功能恢复效果。

Objective To explore the effect of behavior change wheel strategy based on information asymmetry in the postoperative rehabilitation of patients with thoracolumbar fracture.Methods From June 2020 to May 2021,164 patients with thoracolumbar fracture in Spine Surgery who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were selected by convenience sampling as the research object.The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,82 cases each.The control group adopted routine postoperative nursing management,while the observation group implemented the behavioral change wheel strategy based on nurse patient information asymmetry on the basis of the control group.After three months of intervention,the differences of kinesiophobia and recovery of lumbar and back function between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of kinesiophobia and recovery of lumbar and back function in the observation group at the end of the first,second and third months were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions The behavior change wheel strategy based on nurse patient information asymmetry can effectively alleviate postoperative kinesiophobia of patients undergoing thoracolumbar fracture surgery,and improve the recovery of lumbar and back functions after surgery.
