老年髋膝关节置换患者术后功能性便秘影响因素与干预策略的研究进展

Research progress on influencing factors and intervention strategies of functional constipation in elderly patients after hip and knee replacement

随着老龄化进程的加速,老年人群髋膝关节置换术数量呈快速增长趋势,关节置换术现已成为治疗终末期髋膝关节疾病的最佳方法。然而老年患者在髋膝关节置换术后功能性便秘发生率逐年升高,影响患者的身心健康,导致患者康复依从性下降,住院时间延长,严重影响手术效果及预后。本文综述了目前国内外研究中关于老年髋膝关节置换术后功能性便秘的影响因素和干预策略,以期为临床护理实践提供参考。

With the acceleration of the aging process,the number of hip and knee arthroplasty in the elderly population is growing rapidly.Joint arthroplasty has become the best method to treat terminal hip and knee diseases.However,the incidence of functional constipation in elderly patients after hip and knee arthroplasty is increasing year by year,which affects the physical and mental health of patients,leading to decreased rehabilitation compliance and prolonged hospitalization,seriously affecting the surgical effect and prognosis.This article summarizes the influencing factors and interventions of functional constipation in elderly patients after hip and knee arthroplasty in current domestic and foreign studies,with a view to providing reference for clinical nursing practice.
