中医药在防治恶性肿瘤院内感染中的应用思路

恶性肿瘤患者发生院内感染与其免疫功能降低密切相关。正气不足是恶性肿瘤患者发生院内感染的核心病机,邪气强盛则为外在直接原因。中医药在防治院内感染过程中,应扶正与祛邪并行。临床中不仅需要使用中药汤剂内服及中医外治法防治恶性肿瘤院内感染,还需从饮食调理、情志调护及空气消杀管理等各方面进行考虑。

The occurrence of nosocomial infection in patients with malignant tumors is closely related to the decrease of immune function. The deficiency of healthy qi is the core pathogenesis of nosocomial infection in patients with malignant tumors,and the exuberant pathogenic qi is the direct external cause. In the process of using Chinese medicine to prevent and treat nosocomial infection,it is better to reinforce healthy qi and dispel pathogen. In clinical practice, it is not only necessary to use internal application of Chinese medicine decoction and external treatment of Chinese medicine to prevent and control nosocomial infection in patients with malignant tumors, but also to consider the aspects of diet conditioning,emotional care and air elimination management.
