现代产业学院建设:培养新时代卓越工程师和促进产业发展的新途径

The Construction of Modern Industrial College: a New Way to Cultivate Outstanding Engineers of the New Era and Promote Industrial Development

当前我国正处于全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程的关键时期,全方位深层次推进卓越工程师教育培养及主动服务经济建设和产业发展是我国高等教育当前和未来一段时间的重大任务。现代产业学院作为解决产教脱节问题的创举,对于实现产教融合、培养卓越工程师和主动服务产业发展具有重要意义。然而,目前现代产业学院建设尚处探索阶段,仍有许多待进一步深入研究的问题。本文分别从现代产业学院的建设目标及理念、主要建设任务、参与建设主体分析、学院主要职能确定、学院组织结构设计、学院运行机制建立和学院建设成效评价等七个方面展开讨论,以期为高校、企业、行业组织、政府部门和科研院所等相关主体参与现代产业学院建设提供参考和借鉴。

At present,China is in the crucial period of comprehensively building the socialist modernization nation,it is an important task for Chinese higher education to promote the cultivation of outstanding engineers and actively serve the construction of economy and industrial development.As an initiative to solve the problem of disjunction between industry and education,modern industrial college is of great significance to realize the integration of industry and education,train outstanding engineers and actively serve the development of industry.However,the construction of modern industrial college is still in the exploratory stage,and there are still many problems to be further studied.This paper discusses from seven aspects respectively:the construction goal and concept,main construction tasks,analysis of the main participants in the construction,determination of the main functions of the college,the design of the college’s organizational structure,the establishment of the college’s operating mechanism and the evaluation of the college’s construction results,In order to provide reference and suggestions for universities,enterprises,industry organizations,government departments and scientific research institutions to participate in the construction of modern industrial colleges.
