基于行业学院的地方高校计算机类专业建设

Computer Major Construction in Local Colleges and Universities Based on Industry College

产教融合是新时期解决教育与产业“错位”问题的迫切需求,而行业学院则是促成校企深度融合的共同体和载体。在全面分析信息通信产业人才培养存在问题的基础上,介绍了以行业学院为载体加强计算机类专业内涵建设的思路和措施。其中包括主动对接京津冀区域经济发展、对接ICT行业链和产业链发展,瞄准行业产业人才需求,通过专业布局和课程体系调整、人才培养模式变革以及多主体产教科创协同育人等几个方面的措施探索了新工科背景下计算机类专业建设与实践的经验。经过5年的实践检验,学校计算机类专业人才培养质量和育人效果显著提高,具有一定的推广和应用价值。

The integration of industry and education is an urgent need to solve the problem of “dislocation” between education and industry in the new era.And the industry college is the community and carrier to promote the deep integration of university and industry.Based on a comprehensive analysis of the problems existing in the cultivation of talents in the information and communication industry,this paper introduces the ideas and measures to strengthen the connotation construction of computer specialty by taking the industry college as the carrier.By docking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economy development actively,joining development of ICT industry chain and industrial chain,aiming at industry talent demand,the experience of network engineering specialty construction and practice under the new engineering background is explored such as adjusting the layout and the curriculum system,personnel training mode reform and multiple body collaboration between industry,education and scientific research and innovation.After 5 years of practice,the quality and effect of network engineering talent training have been significantly improved,which has certain promotion and application value.
