摘要
基于动态能力理论框架,采用案例分析方法,从高校跨界组织建设主导者经验视角出发分析了新形势下县域高校产教融合取向跨界组织的产生背景、内涵与形态、运行机制和生态环境,构建了高校产教融合跨界组织动态能力框架。国家政策、资源环境、服务对象、服务需求与传统组织间的矛盾,是高校新型跨界组织产生的内外动力,多功能性、灵活性、独立性、开放性和合作性是其典型特征,跨界组织形态取决于服务目标和发展阶段,其有效运行机制和良好生态环境是产教融合健康可持续发展的核心保障。
The paper makes a case study of the backgrounds,connotations,forms,operational mechanisms and ecological environments of the new industry-education bound-crossing organizations in the county-based colleges from the leaders’ personal experience within the framework of dynamic capabilities and proposes a dynamic-capability-based model of industry-education bound-crossing organizations in the higher educational institutions.The new organizations are motivated by the conflicts between the new state policies,resource environments,target customers,service requirements and the traditional organizations and are typically featured with flexibility,independence,multi-functionality and opening.The forms of these organizations are subject to different goals and developmental stages,and the efficient operational mechanisms and high-quality ecological environments are the key guarantees of their healthy and constant development.
