As the main gathering place of intellectual resources for scientific and technological innovation,universities should know how to give full play to their scientific research strength and better combine them with industrial development,which is an important subject of school-local integration and development.The new R&D institution is the one that undertakes to open up the R&D innovation chain and the industrial chain.At present,local governments attach great importance to the construction of new R&D institutions in order to promote the development of school-local integration and strengthen the integration of industry,university and research.The healthy development of new R&D institutions has a major impact on the results of school-site integration.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to do a good job in the development of school-local integration,how to introduce new R&D institutions in the development of school-local integration,and how to carry out the construction of new R&D institutions in the context of school-local integration,so as to better promote scientific and technological innovation and serve the development of the local economy.
