摘要
高等工程教育与工业化进程有明显互动关系。21世纪以来,高等工程教育日益成为区域产业转型发展的重要动力源。谢菲尔德大学先进制造研究中心是英国政府高价值制造导弹计划样板工程。经过20多年探索与实践,该中心成功将谢菲尔德从产业“锈带区”转变为高价值知识生产中心。组织运行机制研究发现,该中心通过技术研发、人才培养和模式推广三条路径整合大学—产业—政府三个主体要素,形成了新型产学研合作三螺旋元创新系统。对我国高等工程教育在区域产业转型中发挥重要作用,具有借鉴意义。
There is an obvious interaction between higher engineering education and industrialization.Since the 21 st century,higher engineering education has increasingly become an significant driven-power of the transformation and development of regional industry.The Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre of the University of Sheffield is a model project of the High Value Manufacturing Catapult.After more than 20 years of exploration and practice,it has successfully transformed Sheffield city from an industrial rust belt into an innovation-promoting knowledge hub.The research on the mechanism of AMRC shows that AMRC have integrated the crucial elements from the university,industry and government through three paths which are technology research&development,talent training and mode promotion,forming a meta-innovation system of the triple helix.The paper would be significant to reflect how the higher engineering higher education in other nations to promote the transformation and development of regional industry.
