Research on Interdisciplinary Doctoral Training Mode under the New Mode of Knowledge Production

随着传统知识生产模式Ⅰ向新知识生产模式Ⅱ转型,博士研究生培养面临着新的机遇与挑战。为顺应知识生产模式Ⅱ伴生的跨学科、复合性、应用性、社会反思性等新变化,博士研究生培养的“跨学科性”特征日益凸显。在把握知识生产模式变化及其对博士生培养影响机理的基础上,通过分析国外一流大学积极开展跨学科联合博士项目,借鉴其跨学科博士生培养表现出的开放灵活的招生选拔、卓越拔尖的培养目标、丰富多样的课程设置、合作贯通的导师指导、严格规范的培养质量保障等经验,面向未来提出我国变革跨学科博士研究生培养的“中国范式”。

With the transformation from the traditional mode 1 knowledge production to the new mode 2 knowledge production,the training of doctoral students is facing new opportunities and challenges.In order to adapt to mode 2 knowledge production which is interdisciplinary,compound,application-oriented and socially reflective,the “interdisciplinary” characteristics in doctoral training have become increasingly prominent.Grasping the change of knowledge production mode and how it influences doctoral training,we analyze the interdisciplinary joint doctoral programs actively carried out by first-class universities abroad.Based on its experience in interdisciplinary doctoral training,such as open and flexible enrollment and selection,top-notch training objectives,rich and diverse curriculum,cooperative and coherent mentor guidance,and strict and standardized training quality control,this paper puts forward a “Chinese paradigm” for the reform of interdisciplinary doctoral training in China in the future.
