摘要
拔尖创新人才的培养内涵着“科教产教”融合的理念。当前,创新范式加速向会聚研究范式演化、行业需求及技术迭代倒逼知识“传授-获取”为主的教学方式、以“学科-专业”为基础的教学科研组织形式重塑。借鉴国内外高校创新创业实验室建设经验,推进创新创业实验室“科教产教”双融合拔尖创新人才培养,可解决人才培养中存在的覆盖范围小、缺少学科交叉、形式大于内容、培养理念及思路趋同等问题。深入剖析创新创业实验室拔尖创新人才培养的理论逻辑、实践逻辑,研究提出面向未来创新创业实验室“科教产教”双融合拔尖创新人才培养范式改革的可能与可为:理念上高度自主推进拔尖创新人才培养底层创新、行动上充分开放汇聚拔尖创新人才培养核心资源、思维上包容失败累加拔尖创新人才培养育人效应。
The cultivation of top-notch innovative talents embodies the concept of the science-education and industry-education integration.At present,the innovative paradigm is accelerating the evolution to the convergence research paradigm,which promotes the reshaping of the teaching method based on “teaching-acquisition” and the scientific research based on “discipline-specialty”.Learning from the experience in the construction of innovative and entrepreneurial laboratory in universities at home and abroad,it can be found that promoting the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents with the science-education and industry-education integration in innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory can solve the problems existing in the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,such as small coverage,lack of discipline intersection,more form than content,convergence of cultivating concepts and ideas.This paper deeply analyzes the theoretical logic and practical logic of the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents in the innovative and entrepreneurial laboratory,and proposes the possibility and potential of the paradigm reform of top-notch innovative talents cultivation under the background of the science-education and industry-education integration in the innovation and entrepreneurship laboratory:in terms of concept,it is necessary to promote the bottom-level innovation of top-notch innovative talents cultivating with a high degree of autonomy,fully open up in action to gather the core resources for the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,and tolerate failures in thinking to accumulate the effect of cultivating and educating top-notch innovative talents.
