“Glass Language”: China and World in Glass Art

玻璃艺术是现代艺术的重要组成部分,2022年9月“2022璃语东西——国际当代玻璃艺术展”的举办提供了一个窥视玻璃艺术发展现状的窗口。不同国家的艺术家关于玻璃艺术的不同理念在展览中得到充分体现,同时,展览也呈现了我国玻璃艺术发展的整体面貌。在三代人的玻璃艺术探索中,不同的主题倾向与发展脉络揭示了包含在国家发展中的民族与世界的互动关系。

Glass art is an important part of modern art. “2022 Glass Language: International Contemporary Glass Art Exhibition”held in September 2022 provided a window to look at the current development of glass art, where different concepts of artists from different countries were fully reflected;it also presented the overall glass art development of China. In the exploration of three generations’ of artists, different tendencies of theme and development paths have revealed the interaction between the Chinese nation and the world as a whole in China’s development.
