复杂多变地层泥水盾构排浆管路振动特性分析

摘要 泥浆环流系统是泥水盾构的重要组成部分,渣石与泥浆通过排浆管路泵送至地面泥水分离工厂实现固液分离。湍流脉动、大粒径岩渣碰撞等所致激励容易诱发排浆管路剧烈振动,导致接头频繁漏浆,严重影响施工进度。以北京市南水北调团九二期二标泥水盾构工程为背景,对泥浆环流、黏土地层、上软下硬地层和全断面硬岩地层掘进过程中排浆管路振动进行现场实测,以实测数据为基础,对不同地层条件下排浆管路3个方向振动的时域和频域特性进行分析,论述管路振动的诱发机理和变化趋势,相关结论可为类似工程环流管路的设计提供依据。 Slurry circulating system is an important part of slurry shields. Rock grains and slurry are pumped to the ground slurry separation plant through slurry discharge pipeline to realize solid-liquid separation. Turbulence pulsation, large particle size rock slag collision and some other incentives can easily induce violent vibration of slurry discharge pipeline,resulting in frequent slurry leakage at joints, which seriously affects the construction progress. In this paper, the slurry shield of bid II of phase 92 of Beijing South-to-North Water Transfer engineering mission is taken as an engineering background,the vibration of the slurry discharge pipeline during the excavation in clay stratum, upper soft and lower hard stratum and full section hard rock stratum is measured and analyzed. And the time domain and frequency domain characteristics of the vibration of the slurry discharge pipeline in three directions are obtained. The mechanism and variation trend of the pipeline vibration are discussed. Relevant conclusions can provide a basis for the design of circulation pipeline in similar projects.
