神北矿区庙梁煤矿隐蔽致灾因素探查与分析

Exploration and analysis of hidden disaster-causing factors in Miaoliang Coal Mine in Shenbei mining area

为了查明庙梁煤矿主要隐蔽致灾因素的类型、时空分布特征及对生产的潜在威胁,采用表格调查、现场质询、资料查阅、低空无人机快速扫描、地面排查、井下实地调查、周边煤矿调研、综合分析研究等方法,对煤矿目前存在的主要隐蔽致灾因素进行了全面排查。排查出的水害因素主要有地表河流、老空水、1-2号煤层烧变岩富水区、导水裂缝带、地面塌陷裂缝、封闭不良钻孔和封闭不良废弃井筒等;火灾隐蔽致灾因素主要有1-2号煤层房柱式采空区遗煤和开采塌陷裂缝、封闭不良钻孔及废弃井筒等漏风通道;顶板/矿压相关致灾因素主要有房柱式采空区大面积悬顶、工作面过沟及碎软顶板等;同时,深入分析了这些隐蔽致灾因素,并给出相应的治理措施。

In order to find out the types, spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and potential threats to production of main hidden disaster-causing factors in Miaoliang Coal Mine, a comprehensive investigation of the main hidden disaster-causing factors in the coal mine was carried out by means of table survey, on-site inquiry, data review, low-altitude UAV rapid scanning, ground inspection, underground field survey, surrounding coal mine survey, comprehensive analysis and research. The identified water hazard factors mainly include surface rivers, old goaf water, water-rich areas of the No. 1-2coal seam burnt rock, water-conducting fracture zone, ground collapse cracks, poorly sealed boreholes and poorly closed abandoned shafts, etc. The hidden fire hazard factors mainly include residual coal in the No. 1-2room-and-pillar goaf, mining collapse cracks, poorly sealed boreholes and abandoned shafts and other air leakage channels. The main hazard factors related to roof/mine pressure are the large-area suspended roof of the room-and-pillar goaf, the working face crossing the trench and the broken soft roof, etc. At the same time, these hidden disaster-causing factors are analyzed in depth, and corresponding control measures are given.
