策略与突破:新奥运周期我国艺术体操集体项目竞争分析——以第39届世界艺术体操锦标赛为例

Strategies and Breakthroughs:Analysis of the Competition of Chinese Rhythmic Gymnastics Group Events During the New Olympic Cycle——Taking the 39th FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships as an Example

自2008年北京奥运会以来,我国艺术体操集体项目在国际赛场中一直未有进一步的突破,如何在新奥运周期中再创历史,将“备战”转化成“胜战”,是我国艺术体操队面临的最大挑战。文章从艺术体操《2022—2024评分规则》中的艺术与完成角度出发,采用录像分析、逻辑分析等研究方法,对2022年第39届世界艺术体操锦标赛集体全能前8名队伍的16套动作进行剖析,解析世界顶尖队伍编排的指导思想和创造优势的竞争策略,旨在为突破我国艺术体操集体项目现有运动成绩开辟有效的竞争路径。研究提出如下策略:(1)技术:狠抓抛接技术质量,注重器械基本技术;(2)艺术:升华编排思想价值精髓,丰富动作细节与特征;(3)完成:提高器械传递的成功率以及器械传递的精准性。

Since the 2008 Beijing Olympics,China’s rhythmic gymnastics group events have not made further breakthroughs in the international arena.How to create history in the new Olympics cycle and transform "preparing for the competition" into "being able to win" is the toughest challenge faced by China’s rhythmic gymnastics team.From the perspectives of art and movement completion in the 2022—2024 Code of Points for rhythmic gymnastics,by using video analysis,logic analysis and other research methods,this paper analyzes the 16 routines of the top 8 teams in the group all-around of the 39th FIG Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships in 2022 and figures out the guiding ideology of the world’s top team arrangement and the competitive strategy of creating advantages,aiming to break through the existing sports achievements of China’s rhythmic gymnastics group events and open up an effective competitive approach.Research shows:(1) Technology:Play close attention to the technical quality of throwing and catching,and pay attention to basic techniques related to apparatus.(2)Artistry:Distill the value essence of arrangement thoughts,and enrich the details and characteristics of movements.(3) Execution:Improve the success rate and accuracy of passing apparatus.
