人类学视域下的川东土家余门拳养生文化研究

Research on the Regimen Culture of Tujia Yu’s Boxing in Eastern Sichuan from the Perspective of Anthropology

该文以探索川东土家余门拳养生文化思想与实践为目的,运用田野调查、访谈、逻辑分析等方法展开研究,旨在为余门拳养生文化的当代传承提供若干借鉴。研究结论:(1)余门拳养生文化的主要内容体系分为体质和文化两大门类,继承性、实用性、发展性是其主要特点;(2)从体质人类学视角看,“养形调身”是余门拳养生文化的核心理念,以“武医结合”为代表的养生实践是其养生体系的重要表征;(3)从文化人类学角度看,余门拳养生文化具有丰富的内涵与外延,“天人合一”是其养生理念的集中概括。结合余门拳养生文化在理念及内容层面的异化,提出其现代化传承的对策:(1)校园应成为余门拳养生文化传承的重要阵地;(2)简洁化、平台化、时效化的余门拳养生内容体系建设刻不容缓。

This paper aims to explore the thought and practice of the regimen culture of Tujia Yu’s Boxing in Eastern Sichuan,and carry out research by using fieldwork,interviews,logical analysis and other methods,aiming to provide some references for the contemporary inheritance of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing.The conclusions of the study are as follow.(1) The main content system of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing is divided into two categories,physical constitution and culture,with inheritance,practicality and development as its main characteristics.(2) From the perspective of physical anthropology,"nourishing the body and adjusting the body" is the core concept of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing,and the regimen practice represented by "martial medicine integration" is an important feature of its regimen system.(3) From the perspective of cultural anthropology,the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing has rich connotation and extension,and "the unity of heaven and man" is a concentrated summary of its regimen concept.Combined with the alienation of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing at the level of concept and content,the countermeasures for its modern inheritance are proposed:(1) The campus should become an important position for the inheritance of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing.(2) The construction of a concise,platform-based,and timesensitive content system of the regimen culture of Yu’s Boxing is urgent.
