足球家庭作业对寄宿制高中生体能及技能影响的实验研究——以小榄中学为例

Experimental Study on the Influence of Football Homework on Physical Fitness and Skills of Students in Boarding High School——Taking Xiaolan Middle School as an Example

为了推进全国青少年校园足球建设,贯彻落实教育部对中小学校园足球课余训练的指导方针,试点推行体育家庭作业制度,该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,依据高中足球模块阶段性学业质量水平标准(第一学年),设计高中足球家庭作业。课题组在小榄中学足球专选班随机选择学生作为研究对象,采用单盲实验法,将学生随机分为实验班和对照班。其中,实验班除正常进行足球专选课外,还会有计划地实施18周的足球家庭作业,对照班则正常进行足球专选课的教授。实验后进行学生体质测试,对各项数据进行独立样本t检验可知,实验班学生体质测试各项数据均优于对照班学生,且P值均小于0.05。结论:寄宿制高中足球家庭作业对提高学生的耐力素质、柔韧素质、力量素质、协调素质作用明显,对提高学生足球技术也有明显作用,有效促进了高中生身体素质全面发展。建议:落实寄宿制高中足球家庭作业常态化;从学校层面出发,开展足球竞赛活动,促进足球家庭作业制度在寄宿制高中生根发芽,茁壮成长。

In order to promote the construction of national youth campus football,implement the guidelines of the Ministry of Education for primary and secondary school campus football after-school training,and pilot the implementation of sports homework system,this paper uses the methods of literature,interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to design high school football homework according to the periodic academic quality standard of high school football module(the first academic year).The research group randomly selected students as the research objects in the soccer special selection class in Xiaolan Middle School,and randomly divided the students into experimental class and control class by the single-blind experiment method.Among them,in addition to normal football elective courses,the experimental class also carried out 18-week football homework in a planned way,while the control class were normally taught football elective courses.After the experiment,the students’ physical fitness test was carried out,and the independent sample T test was conducted on the data.It can be seen that the physical fitness test data of the students in the experimental class is comprehensively better than that of the control class,and the P values is all less than 0.05.Conclusion:Football homework in boarding high school plays an obvious role in improving students’ endurance quality,flexibility quality,strength quality and coordination quality,and has an obvious role in improving students’ football skills,which effectively promotes the overall development of high school students’ physical quality.Suggestions::Implement the normalization of football homework in boarding high school.Starting from the school level,football competition activities should be carried out to promote the football homework system to take root and grow vigorously in boarding high schools.
