益气和胃胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊治疗胃食管反流病的效果分析

Clinical effect of Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsule on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的分析益气和胃胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊治疗胃食管反流病的临床效果。方法抽取2021年3月至2022年2月许昌市人民医院收治的胃食管反流病患者78例,按随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组39例。对照组采用艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用益气和胃胶囊治疗。比较两组疗效、中医证候积分、食管黏膜环氧合酶2(COX-2)表达、蛋白酶激活受体2(PAR-2)表达、胃肠激素水平、5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)水平和复发率。结果研究组总有效率(94.87%,37/39)高于对照组(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05;治疗后,研究组症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组食管黏膜COX-2 mRNA、PAR-2 mRNA表达和5-HT、CGRP水平均低于对照组,胃动素、胃泌素均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组复发率比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论益气和胃胶囊联合艾司奥美拉唑镁肠溶胶囊治疗胃食管反流病患者效果显著,可调节食管黏膜COX-2 mRNA、PAR-2 mRNA表达,降低5-HT、CGRP水平,调节胃肠激素,改善临床症状,并可避免复发,提高预后效果。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsule in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease.Methods Seventy-eight patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease treated in Xuchang People’s Hospital from March 2021 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was given esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsule,and the study group was given Yiqi Hewei capsule based on the treatment of the control group.The curative effect,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),protease-activated receptor-2(PAR-2),gastrointestinal hormone levels,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)level,calcitonin gene related peptide(CGRP)levels and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(94.87%,37/39)was higher than that of the control group(79.49%,31/39),P<0.05.After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression of COX-2 mRNA and PAR-2 mRNA and the levels of 5-HT and CGRP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while motilin and gastrin were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Yiqi Hewei capsule combined with esomeprazole magnesium enteric-coated capsule has a significant effect on patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.It can regulate the expression of COX-2 mRNA and PAR-2 mRNA in esophageal mucosa,reduce the levels of 5-HT and CGRP,regulate gastrointestinal hormones,improve clinical symptoms,avoid recurrence,and improve the prognosis.
