摘要
高等教育系统是由院校和学科交叉形成的矩阵结构,大学教师的身份交叠于院校和学科,大学教师评价是院校维度高等教育治理和学科维度学术共同体建设的关键议题。巴黎-萨克雷大学教师评价体系由职前的准入招聘评价和职后的职称晋升与日常绩效评价构成,在院校维度推动评价权力再配置、评价制度再设计、评价主体多元化改革;在学科维度修订评价技术手段、明确评价内容侧重、夯实评价合法基础,其评价体系与变革逻辑既有民族性,也有普遍性。应当从院校和学科两个维度出发,深化新时代大学教师评价改革。
The higher education system is a matrix structure formed by the intersection of institutions and disciplines. The identity of university teachers overlaps with institutions and disciplines. The evaluation of university teachers is a key issue for the governance of university teachers in the dimension of institutions and the construction of academic communities in the dimension of disciplines. The teacher evaluation system of ParisSaclay University is composed of pre-service admission recruitment evaluation, post-service professional title promotion and daily performance evaluation. It promotes the re allocation of evaluation power, the redesign of evaluation system, and the diversified reform of evaluation subjects in the institutional dimension. It revises evaluation techniques and means in the disciplinary dimension, clarifies the focus of evaluation content, and solidifies the legal basis of evaluation. Its evaluation system and reform logic are both national and universal, we should deepen the reform of university teacher evaluation in the new era from the two dimensions of colleges and disciplines.
