摘要
对坐浆质量、平板制作与安装、人员操作等常见的施工问题进行研究,并对BIM技术在装配施工中的实践应用进行全面探讨,提出科学可行的质量管控措施。根据研究结果可知,装配建筑施工应从事前、事中、事后3个阶段着手,充分发挥BIM技术的优势,在施工前发现对装配质量产生影响的因素,提前预防和消除问题,对保障装配施工质量、节约成本来说意义重大。
This paper studies the common construction problems, including grouting quality, plate making and installation, and personnel operation, discusses the practical application of BIM technology in assembly construction was comprehensively, and puts forward scientific and feasible quality control measures. According to the research results, the assembly construction should start from three stages: before, during and after. It is of great significance to ensure the assembly construction quality and save costs by giving full play to the advantages of BIM technology, finding out the factors that affect the assembly quality before construction, and preventing and eliminating problems in advance.
