This paper introduces the budgetary estimate composition and calculation content of drainage pipeline project, carries out cost calculation and control optimization measures analysis based on a water supply network project in Xi’an, and discusses the municipal drainage pipe cost control measures from three aspects of bidding control, quota design, unit, pipe joint, welding, steel pipe installation.
