世界一流大学跨学科学术活动的组织运行机制研究——以曼彻斯特大学为例

Research on the Organization and Operation Mechanism of Interdisciplinary Academic Activities in World-class Universities——A Case Study on the University of Manchester

跨学科学术活动是解决人类重大挑战、造就高素质创新人才的重要途径。作为声名卓著的一流高校,曼彻斯特大学通过虚实结合设置跨学科学术组织、教研相长探索科研教学融合路径、着眼现实问题和育人需求设定学术主题、建立完备的组织架构和规章制度、构筑有效的利益协调和资源共享机制,在跨学科教学和研究方面形成了鲜明特色。借鉴其实践经验,我国高校应从顶层制度设计、资源整合协调、评价导向重塑、学术生态治理等入手,切实提升跨学科学术活动的广度、深度和效度。

Interdisciplinary academic activities are an important way to solve major human challenges and cultivate high-quality innovative talents.As a well-known world-class university,the University of Manchester has formed distinctive characteristics in interdisciplinary teaching and research through setting up virtual and reality interdisciplinary academic organizations,exploring the integration path of scientific research and teaching,setting academic themes based on practical problems and educational needs,establishing a complete organizational structure and rules,and building an effective interest coordination and resource sharing mechanism.Drawing on its practical experience,we should effectively improve the breadth,depth and validity of interdisciplinary academic activities from the aspects such as the overall system design,resource integration and coordination,education evaluation guidance remodeling,academic ecology and governance mechanism optimization.
